Administrator

ROBERT AHIABENU, SPHRi

I have been in regular employment with my current employer since September 2009, starting as an Administrative Coordinator through the post of Senior Administrative Coordinator to my current status as School Administrator.

I hold certificates in Microcomputer Technology, City and Guild of London, and Degrees in Administration (Banking and Finance Option) from the University of Ghana Business School and LLB from the GIMPA Law Faculty.  I’m currently pursuing the Professional Law Course.

Within Dison International School, my approach to administration is strategic. My pursuits are based on decisions targeted at propelling the image of the school into a promising tomorrow. My key working relationships are with the Executive Director, the Principal, the Accountant, the School nurse, sectional coordinators, and teaching and non-teaching staff, students, and their parents/guardians.

My key working relationships outside the school are with institutional heads of stakeholders, all daily visitors, who could be prospective students and parents, artisans, delivery drivers, etc., and the interaction with callers to the school.

At the general office, I work to project a professional image of the school at all times and provide full administrative support to the administrative team and teaching staff as required.
